Jerome DeHerrera
Jerome DeHerrera is a Managing Member of Achieve Law Group and a trusted advisor to some of Colorado's most complex public and private institutions. He earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and a Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University — a rare combination of legal depth and policy sophistication that sets him apart in a crowded field.
Jerome's practice spans education law, business and contract disputes, regulatory compliance, real estate, civil litigation, political law, and estate planning. He represents school districts, charter schools, local governments, nonprofits, businesses, and individuals who value clear, practical guidance from a lawyer who understands how legal decisions play out in the real world.
Among Jerome's most notable commitments is his decades-long pro bono representation of San Luis Valley families in the historic Taylor Ranch litigation — a fight to restore land-grant rights given to their ancestors and one of the longest-running civil cases in Colorado history.
Jerome earned his B.A. in Economics, with honors, from Colorado College and is admitted to practice in all Colorado state courts.
