Aaron Boschee is a Managing Member of Achieve Law Group. He represents developers, contractors, property owners, and businesses in disputes where the exposure is significant and the path forward is not always obvious. His practice spans construction defect, contract, and commercial litigation, from pre-suit negotiation through trial and appeal.

 

Before joining Achieve Law Group, Aaron spent more than a decade at Squire Patton Boggs — one of the world's largest law firms — where he tried more than a dozen complex commercial cases in Colorado state courts and federal courts across the country and led multi-party settlements and asset acquisitions exceeding $10 million. He has served as lead class counsel in one of Colorado's longest-running civil cases, pending since 1981, and has served as lead counsel in more than 30 construction defect, contract, and real estate matters since joining Achieve.

 

Beyond the courtroom, Aaron acts as trusted outside counsel to long-term clients in various industries, helping them with their internal structure and management, contracts, risk mitigation, and resolving disputes before they become costly litigation.

 

Aaron was named Colorado Lawyers Committee Individual of the Year in 2016 and serves on its Board of Directors. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, graduating in the top 11% of his class.
