Aaron Boschee is a Managing Member of Achieve Law Group and an accomplished trial and appellate attorney. Since joining Achieve Law Group, he has maintained a 100% success rate at trial — including jury trials — and a 100% success rate on appeals, a record built across complex construction, real estate, and commercial disputes.

 

Before joining Achieve Law Group, Aaron spent more than a decade at Squire Patton Boggs — one of the world's largest law firms — where he tried dozens of complex commercial cases in Colorado state courts and federal courts across the country and led multi-party settlements and asset acquisitions exceeding $10 million. He has served as lead class counsel in Colorado's longest-running civil litigation and served as lead counsel in more than twenty construction defect, contract, and real estate cases since joining Achieve.

 

Beyond the courtroom, Aaron acts as trusted outside counsel to long-term clients in various industries, helping them with their internal structure and management, contracts, risk mitigation, and resolving disputes before they become costly litigation.

 

Aaron was named Colorado Lawyers Committee Individual of the Year in 2016 and serves on its Board of Directors. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, graduating in the top 11% of his class.
